1. By default, users who enter the campaign page and participate in this campaign are deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of this campaign. 2. The campaign will run from November 17, 2025 at 7:00 (UTC) - December 16, 2025 at 7:00 (UTC) (the "Campaign Period"). 3. In order to participate and be eligible to receive the rewards, you need to log in to your Herond account and keyless wallet. 4. Leaderboard ranks and results will be updated every 12 hours. Updates may be earlier or delayed depending on the amount of data. Please base it on the actual update time of the day. 5. Eligible trading volume is calculated based on trading volume generated strictly from the eligible user’s own funds and counts both buys and sells, excluding any wash trades. 6. Rewards will be based on the rankings at the end of the Campaign Period. Herond reserves the right to increase the prize pool and/or add additional rewards at its sole discretion. 7. Rewards will be finalized and distributed within 30 calendar days after the Campaign Period. Herond has the right to postpone the issuance of rewards for any reason we deem necessary in our discretion. 8. This campaign does not constitute and shall not be considered to be 1. investment advice or an investment recommendation; 2. an offer or solicitation, buy or sell crypto/digital assets; or 3. financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. All applicable taxes, costs, and additional expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the campaign prize recipient. 10. Any and all applicable taxes and all fees and additional expenses, including connection, installation, and/or service costs, related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the individual reward recipient. 11. During the Campaign Period, Herond will closely track the behaviour of traders to avoid any form of cheating or abnormal behaviour, including but not limited to: maliciously increasing trading data, engaging in laundering trades or wash trades, violating the terms and conditions of the campaign, violating local regulatory rules for transaction and any other campaigns related to illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes. If any of the above acts are deemed to be discovered by Herond, Herond reserves the right to disqualify the user from the reward. 12. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Herond reserves the right to exclude any participant from participating in this campaign without notice. 13. Purpose of Processing All personal data collected shall be used solely for legitimate purposes, including: - Verification of participant eligibility; - Calculation and distribution of campaign rewards; - Prevention of fraud, abuse, or manipulation; and - Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations (e.g., AML/CTF, sanctions, or tax reporting requirements). c. Data Protection Standards Herond will process all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other similar frameworks in jurisdictions where Herond operates. d. Data Sharing Herond may share limited participant information with trusted third-party service providers, affiliates, or regulatory authorities when strictly necessary for campaign operation, compliance, or reward distribution. Such third parties shall be bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations consistent with this policy. e. Data Retention and Deletion Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the campaign’s purpose and Herond’s legal obligations. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Herond shall not be liable for any loss, delay, failure, or error in reward calculation, delivery, or distribution arising from, but not limited to, (i) blockchain network congestion or malfunction, (ii) third-party service provider failures, (iii) technical errors, bugs, or malfunctions, or (iv) any force majeure events, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, internet outages, government actions, or regulatory restrictions. 5. Force Majeure and Resolution Efforts In the event that such events occur, Herond will make commercially reasonable efforts to coordinate with relevant third parties, service providers, or participants to facilitate resolution. However, Herond does not guarantee that such issues will be fully resolved or that affected participants will receive compensation or rewards. 6. Legal Compliance and Indemnification Each participant is solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in the campaign complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions in their country or region of residence. Participants further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Herond, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with (i) their participation in the campaign, (ii) any violation of applicable laws, or (iii) any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
